[Resolved] ICICI Bank — atm withdrawal and money not received | |||
I am icici bank customer of gulbarga, karnataka branch My account number is[protected] I have with drawn 10, 000-00 on[protected]. But i have not received money from atm, but money is deducted from my account. I have given service request with number sr[protected]. But till now problem is not resolved. My problem is not getting resolved. And there is no proper response from any one Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi,
I am a non icici bank customer. Today I didn't receive the cash from ATM but it's deducted from my account.
I have ATM slip where they have mentioned as "transaction has been declined ".
Yet, I did not receive the money.

But money got deducted 2 times and got credited to merchant only once.
Bank didn't register my complain nor gave my money back.
Do not create account in icici ever again
