[Resolved] ICICI Bank — auto debit charges or bounce charges | |||
Icici bank is worst when it comes to service they have charged me 413rs. I have paid my policy amount on 5. Feb and the due date is on 6. Feb the payment was received on time after due date they can charge me charges but not before that when i have receive the acknowledgement msg and mail also that the payment was received but still they charge me charges on 17. Feb.2020 when the amount was paid successfully then why they have charged me this charges on 17. Feb i called them but they told me the insurance company have charged me these charges then when i called icici prudential they told me to call icici bank this is pathetic i will never take any policy from icici prudential or open any account on icici i want refund and clarification asap. When the payment was not bounced then why these charges and i never opted for auto debit facility this unfair Was this information helpful? | |||
