Dear sir, This is to inform you that rs-999 has auto debited from my account yesterday night (Date-14/01/2020, time-10:28 pm). I can't understand why it is debited without my permission. Sir my IDFC LOAN emi date is 2-1-20.
But I am already pay emi in 1-1-20 in quick pay option sir... So wrong ecsrchg charges apply in my account sir.
Kindly please remove ecsrchg charges in my account sir...
