[Resolved] ICICI Bank — auto loan | |||
I have applied for auto loan, the application number shared by icici representative is [protected]. This is no where matching in their system, when called to customer care phone banking. But the branch is confirming about existence. There is no single email or sms received about progress on my auto loan. But whereas the visited representative is verbally confirming about the approval. I am surprised and worried to see, not a single official communication exists till date. My further process is stuck due to it. And shall call for legal actions if failed due to it Was this information helpful? | |||
