      Am too one of the existing ICICI account holder, recently I checked in the statement and its showing 1899/- is deducted in the transaction name of PPL/WPP SR[protected] Renewal of policy. I haven't subscribed to any policy. But ICICI has looted out some money without user consent. How do I get back the money which was taken without my consent ?

        I inderbir singh using ICICI Credit Card with registered mobile no. [protected]. last four digits of credit card are 9005,
        payment due date was 29 june.
        before due date i checked total outstanding amount on ICICI I MOBILE PAY APP, it showed total outstanding amount is 0.
        so i havent paid the bill because there was no outstanding amount.
        there was no total outstanding amount, as all dues was paid & reversed.

        but icici charged me Rs.885 for late fees payment.
        i contacted customer care
        . At Customer Care Centre, Phone Banking Officer gave lame excuses and did not escalate my complaint despite repeated requests, causing harassment, mental agony and disturbance to me.
        kindly look into the matter and reverse the unnecessary and illegal charges

        i contacted official, but they refused to refund the amount & put all blame on me.
        they even refused to register complaint.
        i have no option left to leave icici bank, to save my self from their illegal charges in future

          I have a credit card with icici bank. I have subscribed one assist plan on 22/06/2021 it is auto renewed for further 1 year period. Now Iwish to stop the auto renewal option of my one assist plan and needed not to be deducted from account from the next year.

              I have icici bank credit card ending 9005.
              i use icici i mobile pay app to pay total outstanding amount.
              before due date of payment, i checked the total outstanding amount due on i mobile pay app, it was 0.
              so i havent made payment.
              now the bank charged me rs 885 for late fees.
              now bank refuses to register the complaint.
              custumer care says the bill amount was rs 17490, & it was reversed back on 15 june. the payment due date was 29 june.
              thats why on i mobile app it showed total outstanding amount 0.
              but they said i have to pay the bill.
              now bank refuses to refund or register complaint.
              very bad experince.

                This is Senthil kumar my account number[protected] Nungambakkam branch. One of my friend Senthil Murugan has wrongly transferred of Rs.21500 from SBI to ICICI account no[protected] on 28 Dec 2020. My friend has raised complaint in SBI World University services centre Chennai on Jan 2021. SBI Manager have mailed to Mr. Karthick Rajaa and Mr. Sreeram on 19 Mar 2021.

                Am an icici bank customer . I don't know about the ecsrtnchg charge. The bank has deducted this charge for more than 10 times each time with 590 rupees deducted without my knowledge and without any confirmation email /sms/ phone call. I have been tolerant for almost an year. This is not good at all, please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                    Hi Team,

                    I recently applied for new Debit card at Malad West Branch and asked for card which costing 200 Rs PLUS Taxes but the person at branch said only option is expression card all other cards are closed you have to pay 500 plus taxes but today when i went to bank other person said normal debit card is also available. I feel cheated with this kind of behavior I checked now that there is option for 200 rs debit card on I Mobile app also.
                    I expect to get my extra amount to refund immediately.

                          Am Sant kumar, an mount of 825.11 rupees has been deducted from my
                          account in the name of dp chgs till on 02July 2021

                          I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i
                          don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior
                          notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.
                          Need the refund asap, do the needful

                              ECS Return Charges Levied Incorrectly: Resolution Requested

                              Sir,
                              This morning (i.e. on July 6, 2021) I received a message from ICICI Bank stating : " Dear Customer, ECS of Rs 44000 towards PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES from Account XX4764 has returned due to INSUFFICIENT FUND on 05/07/2021.Applicable return charges will be levied. "
                              This outcome is completely wrong and uncalled for as it's an error on the side of PASFAR Technologies which happens to be the payment clearing party for Apollo Finvest(India)...

                                Refund of money rs 8699 has not been credited to my bank account.The payment was sucessful from myntra by phonepe but the money has not been credited and there is no proper responce from coustomer care.make it credited ASAP

                                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs. 2, 808.12 has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says VSI/AMAZON STAN/[protected]/[protected]. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any OTP during the transaction. Neither I am a prime member thinking to be auto-renewal. I have checked this when I was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 05 July 2021. Could you please help to revert the amount?

                                    Address:ICICI bank Gwyn road Aminabad Lucknow

                                    I have had a savings account with ICICI bank Gwyn road Aminabad Lucknow branch since last 5 years. I have never applied for any credit card and any kind of Policy however i am receiving credit card statement alert SMS "Total amount of 5555.25 and minimum amount 1980 is due by 9-Nov-2020" and also Rs 1899 is getting deducted from my saving account on the name of some policy which i never applied.
                                    I have complained about it to branch officials and written to [protected]@icicibank.com several times but never received any response. I never signed any papers or asked customer care for credit card or Policy.
                                    Please assist me regarding this and refund all deducted money to my account. Also cancel the credit card and its due amount as I never used and applied for any credit card.
