The exchange rate offered is Rs. 58.72 against the RBI reference rate of Rs. 60.09. Same day State Bank has offered Rs.59.90 whereas SBI official card rate was 59.55.The card rate of other Banks such as Axis, PNB and IDBI varied from 59.55 to 59.65 on 30 June 2014. Same can be verified and if required reference and proof can be provided. It is surprised the ICICI Bank do not mention its card rate any where on the website. b) As I have mentioned earlier and same was agreed on my personal visit to the Branch that I am not interested in any of the ICICI Bank promotion on remittance as I have no time to follow these with Bank. Hence as agreed remittance exchange rate has to be with reference to RBI exchange rate c) On my previous protest of poor exchange rate on 29/05/2014, after long follow which includes visit to the branch in mid June. The credit note for the remittance of 29 May 2014 was credited only on 01 July 2014 @ 0.40 for US$7496 this is in spite of your promotion promises of Rs. 0.60. I do not understand why I need to follow up/ negotiate/ beg. I am not satisfied and as I have mentioned earlier - give me one exchange rate with reference to RBI exchange rate. d) In view of above and as I have requested earlier in case your Bank is unable to provide proper exchange rate with reference to RBI then book my remittance dated 30 June 2014 as FCNR

No one called from the bank. After 20 days Manager customer service advised me to raise my issue to head quality service - after 3 reminder they have not even acknowledged my mail - I requested more that 10 times through customer care and every time I got response that within 24 hours I will be contacted. Pathetic Service - God bless them, how they are serviving.

    Hi Sir,

    I am Sanket Lunge holding ICICI banks salary account. By looking my transaction ICIC bank’s credit card sales executive called me and gave me information like.
    1.This card is free for you.
    2.50% discount on movies tickets
    3.0 surcharges on petrol etc..
    By listening this I showed interest for credit card but before that I requested for written confirmation.
    Your executive told me we will send and without it your credit card request will not be proceed further.
    I haven’t received any such mail from that executive even after several followup. And suddenly today I received message you credit card is dispatched. Also i have confirmed with my family that no one came home for my address confirmation..
    Now I don’t have any further trust on ICIC and hence I have to cancel credit card.

      LPCHE[protected] Without paying amount ICICI bank started to debit EMI for the above Personal account. Raised many complaints, escalated to highest level of ICICI, spent Rs.1000 only for calling customer care but all went waste. No resolution as on today.

            i have applied for new debit card with grid for online transfer of money. i need
            a simple debit card and request registed vide no. SR[protected] DATED 17 7 14
            whereas the customer care kerala [protected] - assistant registered my request for CORAL DEBIT CARD with
            annual payment of Rs.499/-

            the above request may be cancelled and and i may be issued a card of ordinary type with
            grid with NO annual charges or applicable nominal charges,

            Only addition to the exisitng card is I want grid card for online transfer of money
            no additional feature required.

              My name is Praveen Kumar and I'm holding a salary in ICICI bank. I just saw today when I checked my account online, i had been charged POSDEC CHG for 9 times of Rs. 28.75 each on Jan 20TH 2017. I am totally not satisfied with this hidden charges from icici i have decided to shift my account to other bank.

              I have already complaited about my concern about posdec charges debited from my account but none of your official have contacted me ...

              Due to the lock down my account dint have funds and hence the card wasn't used in a couple of months and yesterday the minute money was transferred POSDEC CHARGES were levied 30times! And I haven't used my card after 13th of July anywhere since there were no funds ! Why on earth would I be levied POSDEC CHARGES if I never used my card ???
              My name is Mohammed shahid and I'm holding a saving account in ICICI bank. I just saw today when I checked my account online, i had been charged POSDEC CHG for many number of times of Rs. 29. 50 each for many months. I am totally not satisfied with this hidden charges from icici i have decided to shift my account to other bank. I am abroad and not using my debit card at all. Now I am planning to change my account to some other bank.

              I have 30 times posdec charge. Still I am not using my ICICI debit card.
              I have been charges POSDEC charges about 10 times

                Debit Card N0-[protected]. On[protected] I went to nearby DCB Bank
                ATM (DCB07016) at Ali Bistar Badarpur New Delhi for withdrawing money.
                After entering all requirements one by one, the ATM Machine got stuck
                and money(Rs. 6000) did not come out of the machine in spite of getting
                message on my Mobile about the successful transaction. Since then time
                and again I have been lodging complaint.Initially I was told that the
                money will be credited in my account within one week. After that in
                spite of lodging complaint I did not receive any Reply. Then I
                approached second level of complaint on 3-7-2014 and I was told that for
                this complaint I will get reply within 24 hours. But Bank did not
                bother to reply.

                After contacting Customer Care again, I was told that as per DCB Bank
                records, It was found that Transaction is successful and they also
                provided the record of the transactions of that ATM. I got the copy of
                the ATM Transaction History of that period. It is clear from the
                history, that the transaction started at 15:42:28 and ended at 16:03:29.
                Without getting the money, I left and lodged first complaint with DCB
                Bank but they advised me to lodge complaint with my own bank, which I
                did.

                It is clear from the ATM Transaction History that there was some
                problem with the ATM.

                        My name is Ajay Kumar And my A/C No is[protected] having a/c in ICICI BANK Patna Bihar, and bank has been deducted MAB charges from my a/c without informing me. and not this time only many times deducted MAB. But RBI has given clear instructions to all the banks operating in India not to penalise customers for not maintaining minimum balance in their accounts. This is absolute clear violation of the rules. ICICI bank and many such private banks should come under the purview of RBI and RBI should take action against such banks operating in India who are just here to make money and not for doing any service. These banks are doing business by removing money from their customers accounts by showing MAB charges.                           Sir, in the month of May i did one transaction for Money transfer through ICICI Bank website. Since it was emergency kind of situation i needed to send the money to one of educational institution regarding my education fees and exam related fees. Upon that dead lines of submitting the same was on my head. I begin with feeling the instruction form for fund transfer with details like Beneficiary Name, Account Number, IFCI Code, Amount etc and proceed towards confirmation. On last page entering the grid value webpage displayed me an error saying can not display the webpage after 3-4 minutes. Try again refreshing or reloading the page. I did refresh the page. It asked me again to enter the grid value. I entered the value and withing 15-20 seconds i received the message of successful and also the receipt of the same as well. Suddenly while i was looking towards the account statement i found it shows me the same transaction twice. I immediately tried to call ICICI Customer care to rectify the issue. But no one responded. Though i live in foreign i made a call at my own cost but call hanged up by passing here and there. I wrote an email at the same time. But it was too late as no one responded in time. I communicated with the bank for more than 1 month in this regards but they have no solution. In each email they just postponed the answer giving me new date to revert. At the same time as my account is NRI and the other persons account is normal local account there was no way that i can get my money back in my account. In between i communicate with one of my known person and to beneficiary to give him the money which was credited to his account because of an error. I was in receipt of getting that money. But ICICI instructed my beneficiary's bank (Federal Bank) to mark lien to his account. Now he was not able to withdraw any money from the bank. I ended up with great problem as my dead line for submitting the fees were getting over in couple of days. So i again took a loan from here and sent the money directly to his another account. Letter on i complaint regarding this to Hon. RBI. They might have asked bank for the clarification and ICICI informed them saying the transactions was done twice. Where i gave them all the evidence receipts, screen shots of confirmation messages etc but they closed my complain saying it does not fall under their section and advised me i can open any other forums door. I asked bank for the compensation against this problem occurred to me along with the expenses and mental trace i gone through. Not even that i lost the interest against my money and the loan i took. Telephone calls etc. I lives in abroad. It is difficult for me to fight against this. Please advise me what i can do further in this regards. Your efforts in this regards will be highly appreciated to help me.

                          I already had taken this matter up to senior management but no use. They just want to close the case saying "Fund transfer was done twice" hence Bank is not responsible. So no point on again and again write to ICICI Care.

                            I dropped my salary cheque at your branch on 10th July2014, but it didn't get cleared even today (15th July 2014), I contact your officials at icici bank, Guwahati, They told me that there was a problem with a/c payee name i.e Romit Ranjan Srivastava instead of RR Srivastava on deposit slip but they don't call me and courier the cheque at my home address, my contact number was mention there.                               On icici website it has been mentioned that preclosure charges of a car loan will be lower of the interest on outstanding principle or 5% of the total outstanding principle. In my case the amount of interest is less than the 5%of outstanding principle but ICIICICI is arbitrarily charging 5%plus service tax to harrass me. They were forcing me preclose the loan account and intended to charge additional penalty from the day decided by them.

                                Hello, My name is Inderjith, my A/C no[protected]. I have noticed a deduction of Rs 786.52 ( 393.26 + 393.26 ) from ICICI bank in the name of SMAB charges from my account without any prior information. Sincerely request ICICI bank to revert this amount immediately and let me know why it was done.                                   Dear Sir, I was resign on 26 june 2014 and on same day my resignation was approved by my reporting authority and I put a request to reporting authority that I have a personal problem so I need prior relieving from my last working day, and I am not able to work till 7 aug 2014 (Last working day). In this concern I daily send mails, sms, and phone call to the all concern person including ER manager with same request but they people are not able to give proper decision and they all play with my emotions from last 16 Days. I don't know why such a big bank where i put my valuable time and where I give my 1 year better service, will not give a required response to me. I request you please relieve me from my job before the 15 July with final settelement and relieving letter along with experience letter. I hope this place will give me right response.
