[Resolved] ICICI Bank — bad service,system loop, diverting the case, no resolve | |||
Icici bank levy interest even on consumer case under section 34 of code of civil procedure. Bank is deficient in giving good service. Staff is negligent. There is difference of opinion among different officers of different branches. Action of putting rs 5l in lien was unreasonable, all managers quote differently for it. The branch manager didn’t helped in unliening the amount. Bank practiced inaction, and instead penalised me with hefty fee &interest. Officials are also manipulating dates &records. Despite receiving instruction from rbi jaipur, no action has been taken by the bank officials in 08 months, neither in credit card dispute nor the insurance policy redemption/ retrieval.
