[Resolved] ICICI Bank — bank did not submit/process pmay application for customer
I took a home loan from icici bank (Hinjewadi, pune) in may 2017. Along with the home loan application, i provided them a duly filled application for pmay linked subsidy claim. I come under mig class and hence provided my/my spouses aadhar cards. I have been consistently following up with them regd. The status since september 2017 and they have been just ignoring my pleas.in january 2018, after escalating it to the seniors, they tell me that they didn't submit my pmay form to nhb. This is ridiculous. They asked me to resubmit the form. Currently, i am in another country on deputation. I requested them if i could send my documents on email, which i did. But they have been just sending me "we'll get back to you (Next week)". This has been going around since january 2018 till now.
I am not sure why are they harassing people with such replies. Are they this clueless. Firstly they did not submit my documents to nhb and now they're acting ignorant.
Please resolve this issue asap.
