ICICI Bank — Money didn't dispensed from atm | |||||
I had withdrew 20000, 10000 each from atm on 31/08/2016.balance get deducted from account but money didn't dispensed. I complained about it many times to my ICICI bank.but still they didn't solve my problem. I want my money and also want compensation for delay as per RBI Norms. They gave me SR no[protected]. Today(5/01/2017) i go to the icici bank branch manoharpur, dist.-jaipur, state-rajasthan for open saving account ..bank employee say to me that you can open a saving account with 20, 000 rs only..i say him to give a written note about it but he refused to do.so please solve this problem urgently.his behaviour also not proper with me..
