ICICI Bank — Bank is not reimbursing the money which they took by doing fraud | |
Vinod Prajapati from ICICI Housing Loan department has taken around 4, 000 Rs as processing fees and 15000 Rs as insurance amount for doing my Balance Transfer from PNB Housing Finance Ltd. to ICICI Housing Loan. Vinod had confirmed that the loan is sanctioned and will be disbursed soon and took the above money from me in the month of November 2021. Later he changed his words and said the Loan cannot be sanctioned but the paid amount will be reimbursed in 10 to 15 working days. Since then i've been been following up with the entirre team (inclusing his superiors over whatsapp, calls and emails) and no one is responding.
