Dear Sir/Madam,
I have seeded my ICICI Bank account details on the EPFO website on 29th Sep 2022 and its still pending for verification from Bank's end. I have already Spoken with bank Assist( customer service care).but I didn't get proper response. I have made mistake that entered my previous branch IFSC code while i submitting Bank KYC.I am waiting for more then a month to get rejected or approved. But still shows verification under process. Even i can not able to delete the details in to EPFO page. Because, the option not available. It supposed to reject long time before.
Due to this problem I am unable to raise claim on the EPFO website for my emergency.
I thoroughly regret to see such a lethargic response from a well reputed bank like ICICI. After going through few posts online regarding the same from other people. Bank need to involve in those complaints and solve the issues.
