[Resolved] ICICI Bank — behaviour of bank people and slang languages calls | |
I have received call from [protected] many times they have claim that they are from icici bank and my husband supposed to pay the credit card due amount whereas i have mentioned many times that i am premium customer of icici bank and do not carry any credit card or credit from the bank and i am single.. You have got wrong information in-spite they started shouting and started using slang languages and abusing me... I have tried contacting the icici bank to check my relationship with the bank but i have not got any response.. I am surprise to see the behavior of these people who are spoiling the name of such a reputed company and even banks are entertaining them. I wish to meet this lady once and talk to her abut her manners and etiquette and which class they belongs to. This is shameless on bank if they entertain and encourage such people to loose their name and clients as i wish to withdraw my eight years of relationship with icici bank Was this information helpful? | |
