Today I received a SMS from ICICI bank that : Dear Customer, we have registered request for New Policy WA Privilege Single Rs. 1899 for OneAssist. Your request no. SR[protected] dated 24-JAN-20 will be completed in 1 wkg day. SR[protected]: Dear Customer, we have completed your OneAssist Plan request. You will receive the welcome kit within 10 working days. Without my permission they requested for the plan and from my bank account Rs. 1899 has been debited. I don't need this service as I don't use debit or credit cards, this sevice is completely useless for me. Kindly cancel the request and refund the full amount into my bank account.
