[Resolved] ICICI Bank Car Loans — ICICI website contains false & misleading information | |||
On icici website it has been mentioned that preclosure charges of a car loan will be lower of the interest on outstanding principle or 5% of the total outstanding principle. In my case the amount of interest is less than the 5%of outstanding principle but ICIICICI is arbitrarily charging 5%plus service tax to harrass me. They were forcing me preclose the loan account and intended to charge additional penalty from the day decided by them. Was this information helpful? | |||
