[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — cash deducted but recharge didn't happen

Paid to: [protected]@icici (As a recharge for a jio number [protected]) through bhim

Balance is deducted from my sbi account but jio says they are not received the amount. I contacted bhim but they said transaction was successful completed and cash credited to [protected]@icici. But my recharge did not happen. Please refund my amount.
