[Resolved] ICICI Bank — cheating in the name of personal loan | |||
On 15th June 2019, I have approached bank and applied for personal loan due to some emergency. I have brought them into notice that how urgent I might required a loan and they promised that they will get disburse amount by Monday which is 17th June. But when I tried reaching them on Monday they said it will be done max by Tuesday, and again when I called them on Tuesday they said again with 100 % grantee that I will get loan by Wednesday. When I called again on Wednesday than I got some fake call from some representative on Wednesday that he is calling for the loan department and explained me all the emi rate, processing fee with GST fee and insurance fee but when I said him that I don't need insurance for my loan than he lied me that it is compulsory, then after the call disconnection I have browsed about it and cam to know that insurance is not compulsory. So I have informed same to relationship manage Karishma and she than agreed that it is not compulsory. But the main thing I got to know that the person who called me earlier was not from loan department after getting the call from the concerned loan department on Thursday and he also said me that he got the approval request for 8lac but actually I had requested for 3 lac. Then I realized that there is something fraudulent happening at the backend. During all these days I suffered a mental torture and the reason for which I had requested a loan got worst. I was thinking to sue icici but before that I want to try posting everywhere I can so that they can understand how the customer feel when things doesn't happens on time. If we delay in paying emi or loan then they put heavy interest on us and daily torture customer to get personal loans by calling them or posting the false adds about instance loans.
