Hi, This is with regards to the issue been faced from the Icici bank success manager : Mohammed saif. This request is regarding the account closure as I no longer need the services due to alot of issues which I've already faced and due to any upcoming issues which are about to come I wanted to close the account and the customer success manager stated to visit the bank branch as due to covid everything is virtual and when asked for the letter in regards to any covid issue we face when visiting the branch the manager claimed they don't care about it and it was devasting to hear such a response and the bank and Not at all taking Care of the Customers and also not at all taking safety measures for the Icici customers and still they are asking me to visit the branch.
