ICICI Bank — complain regarding to not issuing noc by icici bank nagda branch

I had cleared the full and final settlement of my icici kcc account no[protected] on 30/9/2017. But the bank is not issuing noc.
The staff member of bank branch nagda behaved rude and badly when i talked to them about it.
Today it's 47th day but till now the bank has not issued noc.
