[Resolved] ICICI Bank — complaint against deducted amount under posdec 4 times in consecutive days | |||
When I checked transaction details today, I could see an amount of 29.50 has been deducted 4 times from my account under a term POSDEC CHG which I had to Google to know what that means. It says POS decline charges. I got my salary credited on may 31st 2019, and the amounts has been Deducted on 03/06 twice and 04/06 twice and I don't see a reason why. For every transaction I get message notification. However for this amount alone I haven't received a notification. Why is purely a fraudster play by ICICI bank. Please look into the issue as soon as possible and refund the amounts which has been deducted. Was this information helpful? | |||
