[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — complaint against icici bank on life insurance

Dear sir/madam,

I need your help in our bad and critical situation.
My father (Goutam sannyasi) had a car loan from icici bank with having loan insurance (Gl67042491/[protected]

Unfortunately my father passed away on 23rd july, 2018.
We launched death claim (Icici prudential, policy number :[protected] for my father and same has been processed.

Once the death claim got processed then we got a call from burdwan icici bank branch manager (Alok kumar +91 [protected]), he said that
There is a short fall of rs 21/- and once we will pay the same, noc will get processed.
So soon my mother paid rs 21/- and got confirmation from burdwan icici branch (Dixit +91 [protected]) that we would get noc within 15 days.

But within 2-3 days we got a call that there is again shortfall of approx rs 75000/-.
Then i dropped mail to icici nodal officers and they suggested to check with debt manager (Mr. Abdul hasim on +91 [protected])
I called debt manager and he said that there are two outstanding loans (But no confirmation of total amount).

I am wondering why icici bank is asking for money while we do have loan suraksha (Death insurance) for this car loan.

Now we are really so much scared as we don't know why the loan is still active and we are not getting noc of the car.

I am waiting for your help and getting NOC of the car.
I missed to mention the SR number which we got in my father's mobile number of Request for Loan closure and getting NOC with 6 working days.

Unfortunately I didn't get any response till today.
I beg for your intervention over here.

Actually time is very bad for us, I lost my father in early age with all of a sudden and was not aware all of these things.Me and my family are really down fir his expire and then bank is repeatedly calling and demanding money which is not supposed to as loan was part of loan suraksha and insurance was there from ICICI Prudential

Please help us in our very hard time.

This is most unfortunate and unexpected, after 19th sept there is no reply from ICICI bank. I thought it is a most valuable organization in India right now. But how they are looting the customer like me and harassing its like unforgivable.
This is one last time I am updating please do the resolutions for my issue and get it solved as earliest as possible. As you already aware I have lost my father, i dont want to do any kind of nonsense thing with you further. Otherwise I have to find out other ways for solutions. Please treat it as a highest priority.

I made a transaction of Rs 10k to another account(other than icici) on 3rd September, 2018. The transaction got failed, but 10k was deducted from my account.
Till now, it has not been refunded.
Kindly do the needful.
