ICICI Bank — complaint regarding credit card not applied and used. | |||
I am writing to inform you about the icici credit card no. 2002 which was not applied by me. Executive from you bank came to my home on[protected] for the recovery of the credit card amount. The credit card bill amount informed by the executive is rs. 30, 000/-. But i have not applied for any credit card and i have not received any card. Without any credit card, how can i use it for paying bill? The executive told me to inform your branch regarding. I visited your bank addressed icici bank, fp 195, cts 853, signature bhamburda, bhandarkar rd, shivajinagar, pune, maharashtra, 411004, they told me that a credit was issued using my pan card and aadhar card. But other details like mothers name, additional residential address, and additional mobile number did not matched. They did not even had my salary slip. My salary is less than rs. 10, 000/-, then how can they provide the credit card. Without any proper verification of documents they issued credit card to some itinerant person. If you have not applied credit card, kindly verify your signature in the application form filled for credit card. definitely will not match might be forged for closing their targets. kindly write below mentioned mail id. if you have already wrote then wait for 30days then approach banking ombudsman. ask the bank to give the clarification and explanation in writting that why it has happened. submit all your evidence.
