[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card not delivered due to wrong name printed by bank on the credit card | |||||
I jadda narayana babu have applied for credit card from icici bank. My registered mobile number is [protected]. The application was successfully processed but the initial on the card was written wrongly as jappa instead of jadda. Even i mailed them at [protected]@icicibank.com to correct the name but they didn't. The card was dispatched to my address with the wrong initial through the blue dart. The courier personnel was refused to give the card to me stating name mismatch. My application ref number is[protected]. I even tried to call the customer care but they were asking for the card number but how could i know the card number even before receiving it?. I've called to my executive who processed my application, he is not at all responding. His name is m ramesh and his contact number is [protected]. As the card was already issued on my name the annual charges will apply and i will not pay the amount as i didn't receive the card. I have a fear that my cibil score will get effected. Why should i suffer from the mistake of icici bank. Please do justice to me in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||||
