Sir i got icici paytm postpaid limit. I am paid all my dues and i closed my paytm postpaid. But still its showing overdue in my cibil. I contacted custmer care no solution and they saying it not belong to them. But in cibil its showing icici credit card. No one is providing solution. Due to icici wrong report my home loan rejected. Please take action. Please dont provide like this paylater service to custmers and dont play game with thier financial life.in my total career no single bounce but due to paytm and icici lazy reporting to cibil my loan rejected. From march they did not report again. Very lazy and no custmer care number for paytm post paid. Sir please any one dont use paytm postpaid they dont custmer care number only message option. I messaged everyday but rellay is not belong to my problem. Totally # working paytm postpaid. I want clear my overdue in cibil. Mh number [protected] linked paytmpost paid. Am very dissapointed with icici and paytm custmer care. Pleasesolve my problem
