[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — credit card penalty complaint

I have applied for a normal icici visa card without attachment of any kind of service like dmrc icici combo card but icici bank issued me the credit card with dmrc combo. After recieving the card, i have requested to the icici customer care 2-3 times for closing the card but they are not taking any legal action yet.
After 1.5 years, the bank have charged me penalty of 2554 rupees without sending me any information. So, please resolve my issue at the earliest so that i can not pay extra charges for closing the credit card.

Dear icici team, u have charged me 593 Rs on 12th Sep 2018, and 337 Rs on 21st Aug 2018, without any reasons, i'll maintain 10, 000 on monthly balance, then y u charged me, kindly refund my amount, otherwise i'll close my account with icici team

Icici bank charged late fee (750), GST(135) once and again interest(2900) and GST(522) for 1 to 2 days delay happened for my credit card bill. So total: 4307/- charged for onetime delay happened. From past 5 years, I am using this card. Every time I am paying on time, but this time as i did balance transfer from another Credit card which I am holding it got delayed for getting the DD. Due to this reason, 1 to 2 days delay happened. When I escaled this issue to the ICICI customer care, they just reversed 750/- alone. Even though I am requesting this is the first time happened, and in future it won't happen and do the reversal of charges atleast what ever charge for interest, they are not responding properly. So i need to escalate this.
