I don't understand why Icici is delaying the opening of my saving account, whenever I asked the bank they says today evening your account will opened, but that evening never comes. I am really sick of their delayed work.

I have recieved my Credit card Pin number but credit card was un-delivered since i was out of station due to loss in the family. now i am unable to place request for re-dispatch or connect to icici executive. Please help me out with this. contact info given below :
