ICICI Bank — Credit Card Unnecessary Extra Charge | |
Hello, I purchased a product at Amazon from my ICICI BANK Credit Card and due to product not good I returned my product and Amazon revert my amount in credit card within billing cycle. But in the next bill i saw that Icici Bank update late payment charges. When i call customer care, Executive told me that revert amount not count in payment and i can revert only Rs. 140.
