ICICI Bank — Customer Service Poor | |||||
ICICI direct. helpdesk is just not responsive, they just dont bother to reply to email complaints. On line chats are useless because untrained, greenhorns man the desk and they dont know a damn thing. Calling the helpline is a nightmare, after going throough the complicated IVRS system of commands and compliances, you are kept on hold for indefinite period, and then the line is disconnected, you have to go through the process all over again ! Clearly the system is designed to dissuade the customers from lodging any complaints. ICICI Securities must set up an escalation ladder so that we, harassed customers are able to contact the Senior levels, instead of getting stuck at the anonymous, faceless, hapless helpdesk.
