[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — dcardfee deducted 588.82

I have seen my statement today and come to see 588.82 rupees debited from my account by ICICI without any prior notice and i'm holding this account and debit card since 2016 and this is for the first time got this much amount got deducted by bank. I need explanation on this deduction and want my money back.

How could bank levy if at all any higher fee without any intimation to the customer. Is 588.82 seems normal amount for like me middle class people? If this is the amount bank collects for debit card usage. I don't want bank account in your bank anymore ...
