Hello Sir, My name is RAMESH CHUDASAMA . I am using ICICI bank debit card for the past one Year. One week before, I used my card for Online recharge and I entered 3d secure pin wrong 2 times. I got a message saying that my card is blocked from 3D secure online recharge and asked me to contact customer. But, When I tried to call customer care no., Every time only IVR ply on. My a/c is in your kichha branch and i am complainig about misbehaving of one of your staff name neha morya . she is misbehaving many of other costumers as same as with me. So please give her a reminder to not do it again with the costumers . name - neha morya, post - cashier, branch - kichha,
