[Resolved] ICICI Bank — debit card blocked but still payment was cutting from a/c. | |||
Dear Team(this is the complaint mail i sent in Bank), My name is Kunal Kumar. Today(13th June) morning my Debit card([protected]) was lost somewhere i was calling customer care to inform the same but I started getting message of Transactions. I immediately called Customer care and Blocked my Debit and Credit Card. After blocking my card and freezing my Account what CC executive told me two more transaction were made. I dont know how. Even i visited branch they were also surprised how this be done. Ankit from Meerut Icici Bank Taken hard copy of the Documents and helped me to Take remaining all money from my A/C just in case no other fraud happen. I have been two complaints no for my two transaction before card block and two transaction after card block. If you will closely observe my A/C statement i have never used any such services. you will find person kept on doing transactions. I got only two messages of transaction whose copy i have given with customer dispute form in bank and same i attaching with mail. I requested bank Dispute team and asked to take action immediately. With the telephonic conversation i had with you on Saturday 15th June. I am attaching FIR Copy of the same with the receiving from Nauchandi Police Station. My Complaint had been registered on 15th-June in SSP Office Meerut. I have attached the copy of Receiving from Nauchandi Police Station Meerut along with this mail Same hard original copy i have deposited in Branch Office Garh Road, Meerut to MR.ARPIT and same has been uploaded in System. The Fir No OBR-3/939 CYBER CELL CRIME BRANCH MEERUT. The Registered Fir copy could be received from SSP Office Meerut from ROOM NO-2 and In crime branch Office on First Floor. I had informed the bank for lost of my Debit card on the same day i lost my card on 13th June and after blocking also amount kept on deducting. I have not received any mail for the transaction, I had received only two messages for Deduction of Amount -24999 and 10000. Rest i did not received any sms/Mail/OTP/4 Digit Code on my registered no.
