Am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 199rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Since last year ICICI bank is debiting Rs. 1899 for some random policy call WPP Renewal. I never enrolled in it and I just check my account and they have charged again. How can a bank enroll us into some random policies without our approval. I need to know how you got this approval. This is totally a big scam and i need all my money back.
