ICICI Bank — Deducted my balance | |||
Without my consent, rs. 100 has been deducted from my account on 31 03/08/2020to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected]. I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible. This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities. Good evening,
I am Raviprakash C. Shukla, have a joint home loan account with ICICI Bank account number LBMUM[protected], as I had already applied for my home loan moratorium request for August 2020, I had made application on 3rd August but on 4th I received message stating that I should keep sufficient balance as there will be deduction of my Home loans emi on 5th August (which is the date of my EMI), even I made escalation on online on 5th as I had received message from bank for August 2020 EMI Payment.
Today on 6thAugust I received a message from ICICI Bank my August EMI cheque returned back due to insufficient funds in my account.
As I had already applied for moratorium for August 2020, so request you kindly look in to the matter and request you resolve.
