Hai this is srilakshmi. Phone number: [protected] Email id: [protected]@gmail.com Date of incident: 24-jan-2018 I tried booking movie tickets using net banking. I went through the mall website "soul spirit central mall, bellandur bangalore". When i tried booking movie tickets, it got redirected to justdial website. I made payment through icici net banking and then the browser kept on loading without any confirmation. The tickets are not confirmed but the amount has been deducted from my account. Amount has not yet been refunded. This is the transaction remarks from my bank details :bil/[protected]/pgmib-/[protected]_ Wwwj Amount: 399 Please do the needful as soon as possible.
