ICICI Bank — deduction of amount for sip and not investing the same in sip | |||
Bank has deducted inr 5000 each on 22nd aug, 22nd sept and 22nd oct 2019 for sip from my saving account and has not invested the same in sip. Inspite of various communciations at branch level and customer support through emails they are not giving any proper response.in every mail they generate service request number and reply that your query will be resolved in i working day or 3 working day or 6 working day but everytime they say the same and they are not solving my issue. It has been more than 3 months i am communcating with branch manager and more than a month communicating through customer care via email. Till date no response has been given by bank and branch manager. Kindly take action against branch and bank.
