[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduction of money on posdec charges | |||
In the starting of this month due to some problem with the paytm site, my four transactions at purchasing an item from the site were declined and the transaction failed on every occasion due to some error of the site itself. But today i saw in my statement that the bank have charged me 29.50 rupee for all those four failed transactions and it have also happened at least 9 times in the previous two months, that means the bank have taken away more than 370 rupees of mine without any cause or reason. This is so much frustrating and disappointing, to find out that a reputed bank like icici is dropping to such low standards for stealing the money of their customers if he/she trust the bank and do not pay much attention to the bank statement. Please, look into the matter as soon as possible and help me get in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

With out any request your deducting money from my a/c 2 times 588 and 177 rs deducted my a/c why with out request your deducting money and issuing debit cards etc my a/c no[protected] pls call me back and clear my issue and get my money back
