[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Delay in bill payment | |||||
I had paid my VISA credit card bill from my ICICI bank through net banking. The payment was done 4 days before the due date and the bank has mentioned to make payment 2-3days before payment. The money was deducted from my account on day 1 itself. After 6 days I get a sms that the same amount has been refunded to my account [with no explanation why]. After over 2 months of contacting the different levels of customer grievances at ICICI Bank. I get a reply from Office of Head Service Quality saying that its not their responsibility if the payment has been refunded. Ms. Shailaja Marri hasnt even cared to explain who's fault it is and how i can resolve it. All she has done is said that ICICI is not at fault and that they are not responsible for any late fees. I want to know who is responsible and why should I pay late fees when I have made the payment on time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
