[Resolved] ICICI Bank — delay in provisioning in refund from amazon.in

Amazon.in provided the refund of 10259.10/ to my icici credit card account [protected] 2 times on 15/5/2018 yet the refund of the said amount was not processed till now in my credit card. I have sent the refund reference numbers to icici care but they didnt yet provide the 2 refunds credited to my credit card.

Kindly check with icici bank why there is this long delay in providing the refund credited to my credit card.
