[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Demat account deduction charges

A charge of rs 826 has been deducted from my account mentioning demat charge
My account is dormant and informed me that there will no charges will be deduct for the same.

I have many times raised the request for closing the account but despite of closing they are not providing me proper services any time.

I am really frustated with that.
