[Resolved] ICICI Bank — did not receive my refund from flipkart | |||
I ordered one ukulele from flipkart worth rs. 3899.0 on 23rd march 2020 and cancelled it on 24th. The refund was initiated from seller side on 24th itself. And it would be reflected in my bank account by 3rd april 2020 as it was written. I still now didn't get my refund. I contacted with flipkart customer care. This is the refund id cr2003240126012889766203 with reference number pzt[protected]dnzi02 and my order id was od[protected]. I tried to contact my bank with mail. They mailed back that mail services and unavailable right now and many of the time i'm not being able to connect to the customer care phone number of icici. Even though i get connected they are asking for atm pin which i'm not at all comfortable to share. My money got stuck and i'm not able to get in touch with my bank to know the status of my initiated refund. Please help me out as soon as possible. I'm waiting from 24th march for my refund. I do not have a demat account in ICICI Bank. There was no sms also after the money got deducted. This is invasion of my privacy. I want my money bank. If right explanation is not provided, i will file a case in consumer court.
