[Resolved] ICICI Bank — dishonesty by icici bank cashier | |||
I neetu gupta account no[protected] went to icici bank sco 107 sec 7 karnal branch on 27 jun 2018 at 1005 hrs (Approx) to deposit rs 4000 in my saving account. I gave 5 notes of rs 100 and 8 notes of rs 500 instead of 7 (By mistake). When i counted my remaining cash in my purse and realised my mistake. I approched to cashier. She denied to pay back by saying, she is not having any cash in excess. When i approached to branch manager. He also did not give any satisfactory reply. Please refund my money at the earliest.
