[Resolved] ICICI Bank — double charge has been made in toll | |||
Yesterday i was heading home and going to cross vanagaram toll chennai, due to heavy traffic the toll person clicked my fastag with the machine, and after moving near to booth they again took the amount from my fastag. I got two messages later i corssed. How this can happen, so requesting to check and revert my amount back to my fastag account.
