ICICI Bank — Ecsrtnchg 0 and ACH/TPCAPFRST

I am a ICICIBANK costumer, I have a salaried account in ICICIBANK. On dates
[protected],[protected] and[protected] my account was charged RS 2194.57 by 6 transactions on mentioned date for ecsrtnchg0 and ACH/TPCAPFR charges. these all transactions was done without my knowledge or without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. And even I don't know what these charges are(ecsrtnchg0 and ACH/TPCAPFR). Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Updated by Namwar Shankar Yesterday someone has called me on the behalf of ICICI BANK and asked me to install anydesk app from play store and give him access to my device . I have denied for the same.
what's happening into my complaint, is there anyone hearing me? I am helpless Please do needful and provide my money back.
