[Resolved] ICICI Bank — emi cancellation & not refund my amount (very bad response from customer care) no body lifting the call, no response by email, by phone | |
Dear sir/madam This is with reference to the emi cancellation, actually i was done a transaction on 04th oct'2019. Having amount rs 6389/-, then afterwards i have canceled the same. But, by your bank starts the emi installments which is showing in our credit card statement. Then i was called to customer care, he/she was registered my complaint & assure that we will cancelled that emi & refund your amount. But till now my emi has been cancelled but only interest amount has been refunded & showing. But emi principal amount still showing. Rs 5352.64.
