[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ENPS KYC verification pending at ICICI bank

I have applied for eNPS on 18th of May, 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 11 years. But the status is "Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank". I tried calling customer care but the automatic response system does not have this option and call is not getting redirected to an executive at all. Could you please help in getting this closed.
