[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fastag blacklisted in spite of sufficient balance | |
I have a fast tag with icici bank customer id: 11137436 which was blacklisted due to low balance. I recharged it with required amount and still the tag is blacklisted. They are saying the amount will get automatically transferred to tag deposit amount but that has not happened. I called the call centre of icici bank fast tag multiple times. The customer care are only taking the complaints and are not resolving the issue. Very poor service from icici bank fast tag department. You can see attached image. It is clearly showing the tag as blacklisted. Please revert as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
