ICICI Bank — fastag not delivered | |
I applied for fastag card on 10th nov. I got message from bank stating card is sent through courier & will receive by 13th nov. (Details were provided). However, i did not receive the courier. A week later i got message that my address is not found. However, i have received lot of couriers on same address. They could have called me if they could not find my address. I raised this query with icici fastag as they did selected specific courier agency. (Cmpxxx33755). Representative ensured me that issue will be resolved within 7 working days. However, there is no response. I wrote to icici customer care, they replied "we will be unable to process my request through this channel." With only customer care number being always busy, i am feeling helpless Was this information helpful? | |
