ICICI Bank — fastag-not delivered even after approx 02 months | |||
Applied for fastag on 03 dec 19 and i am not received the same. Item not delivered by courier and returned to bank. I called customer care so many times, they were assured that my problems will be solved shorted however, they were not registered complaint and deceived me. Later, on my pressure they registered a complaint and the number is cmp[protected] on 19 jan 20. However, they were not re-dispatched the fastag till date. ICICI BANK began started cheating the customer do not get into trap... It is my personal advice... I have very bad experience... ICICI bank credit card.
