[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fastag recharge issue | |||||
Hi team, I recharged with ₹400 through upi to my icici fastag account no. 21015871 on[protected]:45 but the amount did not reflected on my fastag account. When i raised a complaint they said you vehicle number is not update so recharge through upi was not reflected, so i updated the vehicle number and the raised the complaint again, this time they said your request is forwarded to concernd team and you will get you refund or it will reflect in your account. But till now i have not received my ₹400 back. Everytime i call to customer care, they will raise a new complaint and there will not be any action or update after that. This complaint cmp[protected] has all the required details in their website. I have also attached the screenshot of above complaint. Please take necessary action.
