[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fastag recharge not credited | |||
I have recharged my fastag account through bhim app which is linked to sbi bank account. The amount is deducted from sbi account but not credited to fastag account. I have contacted sbi and confirmed that the transaction is successful from their end. But there is no proper response from icici bank regarding the same. The customer care staff is useless and they are not able to solve the issue. The ticket cmp[protected] is open for more than 75 days now. Was this information helpful? | |||
