[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fraud dispute sr[protected] with icici customer care | |||
I deepak kumar sharma user of coral credit card number xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6019, r/o flat number 242 plot no. 5c shri vinayak apartment dwarka new delhi 110077. I have raised a fraud dispute sr[protected] with icici customer care on fraud merchant. On 7th may i directed icici to please stop the emi and refund my money for the credit card transaction. This transaction was made for rs 70000 on 26 arp-19 (Approx.). On sat, may 11 i called icici customer care and they told me the vendor is not responding so we have closed the complaint and you will get the money back to your credit card number xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6019. I did a recording of the call that is attached to this email. Now again when i am calling icici customer care they are refusing on the above commitment. I have tried reaching to the grievances cell but they are also not able to resolve this. Now icici have closed this sr[protected] without any resolution. In continuation to my previous email and calls made to icici in resolving this issue, i am getting no response from either the merchant or icici bank. I afraid that so good relationship between your bank and me can end up like this. I have not availed or got any services from vendor, so i will not be able to pay this amount of rs 70000/- from my pocket. Please assist me and make your customer relationship stronger.
